DMCA Policy
"Ready Or Not Gameplay" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the "Ready Or Not Gameplay" service or website (the "Site") that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent, identified below.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the "Ready Or Not Gameplay" Site by completing the following DMCA Infringement Notice and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works. This could include the URL(s) of the original content, book title, song title, etc.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide the specific URL(s) or other specific location(s) on our Site where the material that you claim is infringing is located. Please be as precise as possible to allow us to locate the material promptly.
- Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Ready Or Not Gameplay" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
